Bourdain and Ripert are two unlikely friends. Both are chefs with very different careers and very different philosophies. Is it good vs. evil? This frequent tag team appears often together – at the Gourmet Institute, on Martha Stewart, the 92nd Street Y in NYC – and both are regular judges on Top Chef. But, in this special one-night-only event see it in person – the free flowing, frank and provocative back and forth about the restaurant business – from both ends of the spectrum, including highlights from Eric’s career and lurid lowlights from Anthony’s. It’ll be an evening to remember with two talented individuals with very little in common, other than friendship.
